Get a good diagnosis, correct the <span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>diet<\/strong><\/span> and apply a good extra-food treatment. This is where the <strong>Dietitian-Nutritionist<\/strong> comes in. What if in the not too distant future most cases of migraine were treated with special feeding patterns in all headache Units? What if cases of chronic urticaria, unrelated to immune system responses, came to be controlled with special dietary guidelines? How would we see if the figure of the dietitian-nutritionist is routinely incorporated into the treatment of various respiratory symptoms? What if the &#8220;irritable bowel&#8221; as a diagnosis does not exist and we can solve this clinical situation with special feeding guidelines?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The clinical evidence is almost always ahead of the scientific, but in this course, addressed to dietitians-nutritionists in Navarra, we will talk about the work that has been done, what is being done and how we should take advantage of them to in clinical practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It will be a 1 and a half hour course, which will be divided into 3 parts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>PART 1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>What is histamine, what are its functions and where is it located?<br \/>\nDietary histamine metabolism and the role of the enzyme Diamino Oxidase (DAO)<br \/>\nSymptoms derived from a DAO enzyme deficiency<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>PART 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Summary most relevant scientific articles on nutrition, histamine and DAO<br \/>\nReal case<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><strong>PART 3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Resolution of doubts<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To attend, it will be essential to register, as places are limited.
