Nutrition and diet in digestive pathologies

This week we have the privilege of collaborating again with Centro Aleris. Judit Rigau, dietitian at AD Dietistas center, will be a teacher in one of the modules of the Aleris Master in Clinical Nutrition and Applied Dietetics. In her 8h class, Judit will explain what adverse reactions to food consist of, a term that encompasses what we know as food allergies and intolerances. What are they? What is its prevalence? What foods are causing the reactions? What treatments are there? What are the protocols for action as nutrition professionals? And much more!
These are some of the questions that will be answered during the course. The practical part will also be discussed, since it is a course aimed at healthcare professionals and students who want to deepen, improve knowledge and thus be able to apply it in their daily clinical environment.
